Are you a highly organized individual with excellent multi-tasking skills? Do you enjoy interacting with customers and being the first point of contact for them? If this describes you, then a receptionist position may be the job for you and we want to hear from you!

As a receptionist, you are the face of a company and often times the first point of contact for any customers or visitors. We are actively looking for personable individuals in the Santa Barbara area with excellent communication skills and some previous receptionist experience.

Key day-to-day responsibilities may include the following: answering a high volume of phone calls, greeting and assisting visitors as needed, managing an inventory of assets and supplies, sourcing for suppliers and submitting invoices, resolving administrative and operational problems, sending out and receiving mail, preparing business correspondence, sending faxes, managing files and performing general office support.

# Requirements:

Must have at least 1 year of admin or receptionist experience and have strong typing skills. Ideal candidates will be proficient in MS Word/Excel/Outlook and be proactive, highly organized and extremely professional. Some college work preferred but not required. Bi-lingual in English/Spanish also preferred but not required.

**Schedule:** 8:00am to 5:00pm
